I am now much more confident in using the ten components and can see how to bring them to life in meetings I facilitate, as well as being confident in explaining the Thinking Environment to others.

Sophie, you did a fantastic job of making us all feel at ease and quickly coming together as a group to learn. The place was fantastic, and we could learn through practice and experience.
