Time for you to think. To feel. To say what needs to be said and to work out what you most want and need.
I’m the person coaches come to when they want to think for themselves. To have uninterrupted time to think. To have a safe space where they can feel into the hard things that are challenging them. To receive rather than give.
If you are feeling overwhelmed & exhausted I’ll help you embrace ease.
If you feel lost and stuck, I’ll give you time to pause and think so any action you take comes from a place of integrity rather than fear.
In any session with me you will be encouraged and supported to truly think for yourself — to go beyond dependence on my views, guidance or analysis — to come up with ideas, directions, understanding and solutions for yourself that can be staggeringly accurate, imaginative and practical.
You will leave our sessions feeling inspired, motivated and energised.
Just before you book, I wanted to share with you a little of how I see Coaching because even though I coach, supervise and qualify coaches, I don’t really see coaching as something I ‘do’.
Rather, for me, coaching is a way of being.
It’s a way of being that involves listening in a powerful, transformative, generative way to another person. It’s a way of being grounded in uncertainty, questions and curiosity. A way of being that requires unlearning (or at least putting on hold) most of what we’ve conventionally learned about conversations, helping others, problem-solving, and achieving outcomes.
It’s radically different, radically relational, and radically beautiful.
