The course was a haven of calm, support and encouragement in my busy life.
As I began the course, I had been a practising coach for quite a number of years. I was aware of Time to Think and was drawn to it as a non directive way of working which complements my existing way of being with my coaching clients.
The course was a great opportunity to deeply reflect on my own coaching practice in the company of like minded people. Having done a Masters in coaching, the concepts weren’t new to me but it was exceptionally helpful to have the time and space to think about where I wanted to go with my coaching work and how I could create the best possible environment for my clients. This has allowed me to deepen my offer even further, I hope for the benefit of anyone I work with.
I loved working in the small groups and Sophie is one of the most talented facilitators I have ever encountered. The course was a haven of calm, support and encouragement in my busy life and the new understandings that I have arrived at will stay with me forever.
I couldn’t recommend the course more highly. Whether you are an experienced coach practitioner or someone starting their coaching journey, the course will start where you start and gently challenge you to think for yourself and create beautiful Thinking Environments for others.
Thank you Sophie for the chance to work with you and become part of the Time To think Community. With love and appreciation, Auriel
