By being immersed in a Thinking Environment, we will challenge any assumptions which might stop us from 'being' a Thinking Environment with others. Each session combines time in pairs, dialogue, open discussion and rounds to learn from each other's challenges and successes.

These collegiate spaces offer a haven for building connections that matter - as we swap stories, share insights, and collaborate with fellow practitioners as dedicated to their craft as you are, we form bonds that extend beyond the session, nurturing a network you can rely on.

🧠 Master the Thinking Environment: Thinking Environment expertise challenges behaviour norms undermining independent thinking (such as inequality, interruption, urgency, competition, infantilisation, continuous partial attention and criticism). This societal and professional undertow can dilute our Thinking Environment skill unless, as often as possible, we create a Thinking Environment with other colleagues, exploring afresh, questioning and developing our professional Thinking Environment expertise.

🔑 Why collegiate events matter: Our world is not a Thinking Environment, and often you hold this expertise for others. Collegiate spaces are a commitment to yourself and your craft. It's your time to dedicate to nurturing your Thinking Environment expertise. By attending, you are choosing to refine your skills, continuously question, and collaboratively evolve your professional journey.

Time: Sessions are from 9.30-1 pm (London, UK) once a quarter

Location: We meet online using Zoom

Who can attend?: These spaces are for qualified Coaches, Facilitators, Consultants, Teachers or members of the Time to Think Faculty. You are also welcome to participate if you are currently completing your practicum for any qualifying courses.
